13 more Imo lawmakers test positive for coronavirus
Today the report from NCDC has it that additional 13 lawmakers of the Imo state House of Assembly have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
The new cases were confirmed barely six days after a lawmaker, whose identity was not released, tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the state.
As it stands now with the new development, it brings the total number of lawmakers affected by coronavirus to 14 total cases in Imo to 243.

The infected lawmakers have gone into self-isolation and the State Assembly Complex in Owerri has remained shut since the first lawmaker was diagnosed with the virus.
